Description
The award-winning ghee produced by Nutichè is truly genuine and done traditionally locally in Malaysia with pure milk quality. The cows are freely grazed and fed greens and grains in the right manner. Strictly no antibiotic injected in them. The ghee produced undergoes a long process where the milk is converted to yogurt, churned to butter, and finally simmered to ghee. The ghee produced is different from some commercial ghee where it is produced by anhydrous milk fat. The ghee produced by Nutrichè is enriched with medicinal properties and enhanced taste. The ghee also undergoes a process called ‘granulation’ where the crystallization of fat particles occurs during the curing of ghee. Strictly no adulteration is done with the ghee.
